Privacy Policy

This website has one form on it. This page explains exactly what that form collects, why, who else sees it, and how to have it deleted. It is deliberately short, because the site does very little with your data.

Who we are

Sameer Web Dev builds websites for real estate agents, brokers, teams, agencies and property developers worldwide. You can reach us at sameeromnibook@gmail.com about anything on this page, including a request to delete your information.

What the enquiry form collects

If you submit the form on our home page, you give us:

• Your name, so we know who we are replying to
• Your work email address, so we can reply
• Your phone number, optional, only if you choose to give it
• Your business or brokerage name, so we understand who you are
• Your current website address, optional, so we can look at what you have now
• Your city or market, so we understand where you work
• What help you need, chosen from a short list

That is the whole list. We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or anything else, and you should never send those to us by email either.

Why we collect it, and what we do with it

We use it for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to carry out the work you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list. If you never reply to us, we do nothing further with it.

Who processes it

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. When you press send, your submission passes through Web3Forms and arrives in our email inbox. Web3Forms handles it as a processor on our behalf and their own privacy terms apply to that step. Our email is hosted by Google, so the message sits in a Gmail inbox once it arrives.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no behavioural tracking and no third-party embed that watches you. There is nothing to consent to because nothing is being collected as you browse.

Fonts, and the one thing your browser sends elsewhere

The page loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request, the same as on a very large number of websites. We do not receive any of it. If you would rather this did not happen, we can serve the fonts from this website instead, and we are happy to do that on request.

The demonstration videos

The Watch Demo recordings are hosted on this website. They are not YouTube or Vimeo embeds, so watching one sends nothing to a third party. Nothing downloads until you press the button.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as the conversation is useful, and no longer than two years from your last message to us. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the project and for our own records. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to us holding it. Email sameeromnibook@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days. You do not need a special form of words, and there is no charge.

Children

This is a business to business website. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

Changes to this page

If we change how the form works or which services process it, we update this page and change the date at the top. There is no version history to hunt through; the date is the whole story.
